Dialogue Questions: What changes are you making in your life for the better?

Where do you want to be tomorrow? next week? next month? by Fall? by 2020? 
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
(Do people still ask that in interviews with everyone job hopping these days?)

We set goals. We set goals for summer bodies. We set goals for our careers.
What are you goals for your life?
What are you currently changing towards reaching a goal?
It could be skills. It could be inner personal character. It could be ANYTHING.

Me? I am taking steps to overcome a fear I have. I have had this fear for 22 years almost 23 years. It is time it goes away. It is hindering me from other goals and from a better life. I have set a goal to be over this by December 2019.
