My Grandparents Anderson came over from Sweden in the 19th century, and this was my Grandma Ellen’s favorite passage until she died in 1968. It is a powerful psalm, and worthy to dwell on for all of God’s own children. Thanks for sharing it.

I just sent you an eternally long respond about your friend with addiction. Sorry to spout a LOT but I am passionate about God wanting to love on us…the broken, the ones who succumb to a choice and then biologically can’t stop, and those of us in so much pain we can’t stay sober and feel it. I will be praying for your friend. I believe the two passages I gave you are the best I could come up with everytime I run into a brother or sister like me wanting to return
